1. The hotel day starts at 15:00, ends at 10:00.

2. Confirmation of the reservation is a deposit payment to our bank account within 3 days from the date of reservation.

3. Accommodation and check-out take place in the presence of the Landlord. Please inform the owner of your arrival and departure time in advance so that the room can be collected efficiently.

4. Settlement for the stay and check-in takes place on the day of arrival.

5. Delay in arrival or shortening the stay does not exempt guests from the full payment for the period of stay specified in the reservation.

6. If all or part of the stay is not used within the previously booked period, guests are not entitled to a refund of the amount paid or a reduction in the price of the service for the unused period.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility.

8. Willa Liczyrzepa is not responsible for valuable items left in the facility and not deposited.

9. The rooms are equipped with a set of bed linen and towels. Towels and bed linen are replaced for an additional fee.

10. If towels and bed linen are used to wipe shoes, floors, etc. on the day of departure, guests will have to incur costs for the purchase of new towels and bed linen.

11. If you cancel your stay, the deposit is not refunded.

12. Night silence is valid from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m

13. Payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.

14. Pets are not allowed.

15. Guests are obliged in particular to:

- keeping the rooms tidy and clean on your own,

- use the equipment located in the facility in a way that does not cause damage or deterioration of their condition.

16. Guests are financially liable in the event of any damage to the occupied rooms or in the event of loss of any items.

17. Due to the responsibility of guardians for the safety and for any consequences of their children's actions, the owner of the facility requests increased care for them. Guardians are responsible for the safety of children staying on the premises. Children can only use the playground under adult supervision at their own risk.

18. In the event of a serious violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Landlord is entitled to unilaterally shorten the period of stay of the Guests and order them to immediately leave the facility.
